Intercoms are divided into two categories – an audio intercom and a video intercom. Of course, we recommend residents, as well as companies, a video intercom, because this allows you not only to hear someone who wants to visit you, but also to see them.
The cost of the project is based on what kind of product the residents of the house make. We offer:
- Audio intercom only.
- Audio/Video intercom.
- Lighting with motion sensors.
- Additional video surveillance.
- Cleaning the entrance, where it is necessary to install a wet point for the cleaner.
The work is carried out for a maximum of 50 working days, not including Saturday and Sunday.
The subscription fee for all types of product includes the following:

1. Replacing the batteries in the video monitors.
2. Checking the operation of the lamps according to the set time and motion sensors.
3. Payment for water consumption.
4. Cleaning of the entrance.
*Payment for electricity and internet is not included in the super mini package
- Payment for electricity consumption*.
- Payment for the Internet*.
- Checking the operation of closers. (A device that independently closes the entrance door).
- Inspection of all information stickers in the entrance and their replacement, in case of wear.
- Dust removal from all switching devices in the entrance.
- Checking the trunk cables in the entrance and their contact with switching devices.
And also for certain packages:
1. Replacing the batteries in the video monitors.
2. Checking the operation of the lamps according to the set time and motion sensors.
3. Payment for water consumption.
4. Cleaning of the entrance.

The price of the subscription fee does not include:
- Replacement of intercom components in the entrance in case of vandalism, mechanical damage, also decommissioning of components, both in the entrance and in apartments (audio tube or video monitor).
- With regard to electronic keys, the service life does not apply to them. In case of failure, the owner acquires a new key.
